I'm not kidding!
If you don’t know much about energy psychology, get ready to be amazed. There are now highly effective, simple methods to clear your painful experiences and shift the limiting belief systems that are keeping you stuck. The process is light and can be full of laughter, and does not require wrenching tearful catharses or long discussions of your fears and inadequacies. Lots of changes, both subtle and obvious, emotional and physical, begin to happen as a result.
Best of all, you can learn it and use it on yourself - and you can consult with a practitioner to get to the root anything that seems too confusing or scary or painful to tackle by yourself.

I used one form of energy intervention, EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique, (a Meridian Tapping Technique) on myself and friends for several years, with such impressive results that pursued more training and began my own energy practice using Meridian Tapping.
This is a therapy I found as a result of the years of following my heart in a disorganized, spontaneous way, from one thing to the next, in all the reading and exploration I did in order to put this site together.
For me this is the next turn of a spiral I began when I got my MA in Transpersonal Psychology years ago. I continue to be amazed and grateful for the power of this approach to create new and much more useful paradigms both emotionally and physically.
