I'm not kidding!

If you don’t know much about energy psychology, get ready to be amazed. There are now highly effective, simple methods to clear your painful experiences and shift the limiting belief systems that are keeping you stuck. The process is light and can be full of laughter, and does not require wrenching tearful catharses or long discussions of your fears and inadequacies. Lots of changes, both subtle and obvious, emotional and physical, begin to happen as a result.

Best of all, you can learn it and use it on yourself - and you can consult with a practitioner to get to the root anything that seems too confusing or scary or painful to tackle by yourself.

Do you get what this means? 
  • We don't need to stay in any emotional state if we have the desire to be free of it and the willingness to spend some time applying "energy medicine."
  • We can let go of past experiences that still "hook" us and cause us to feel fearful, depressed, rejected, angry, ashamed.

I have been using one form of energy therapy, EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique, on myself and friends for several years, and on clients in my own practice for more than a year now. This is a therapy I found as a result of the years of reading and exploration I did in order to put this site together.

For me this is the next turn of a spiral I began when I got my MA in Transpersonal Psychology years ago. I continue to be amazed and grateful for the power of this approach to create new and much more useful paradigms both emotionally and physically.

EFT is very effective in person one-on-one, used over the phone, in groups, or in teleseminars. As soon as there is a large enough member base to support them, the site will be offering teleseminars on relevant subjects with skilled EFT practitioners.

Subjects we can address are:

  • relieving money anxieties
  • solving painful issues with relationships
  • alleviating or reversing physical symptoms
  • letting go of extra weight and finding better sources of comfort than food
  • turning "loneliness" into "one-liness"
  • dealing with emotions assoociated with job loss or retirement.
